Alan has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, minor in food technology. He has more than 50 years of experience in the seafood and food industries, specializing in seafood processing and aquaculture for the last 25 years. To share his knowledge with the world, Alan has presented papers internationally and has been a contributing author of various books.

Abby Ismond

Abby has a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has more than 20 years of experience in computer systems and support. Like Alan, she has specialized in the seafood processing industry for the last 25 years.
